What To Expect
We’ve designed our four-phase process to ensure a seamless collaboration, eliminate surprises, and allow us to pivot or re-evaluate your project needs whenever necessary. Please note that while this framework guides our work, each project is unique and the process may be adjusted to fit your specific situation.

1. Site Visit
We provide a preliminary price outline for the budget, including pricing and purchases from the homeowner's wish list.
2. Budget & Materials
Budget is finalized & approved. Full site survey to provide a detailed quote, full scope of work and Prime Contract. Upon signature tentative schedule is drafted.
3. Contract
4. Management
Work begins. We will manage the project, subcontractors, inspections etc. to ensure the project moves forward smoothly, correctly and up to code.

From flexible planning to fixed-price construction, we’ll help you find the right path from day one.
CONTRACT 1
Hard Numbers
We provide a fixed-price turnkey contract for the entire project, including our standard 20% project management fee. You’ll receive a preliminary estimate for budgeting, followed by a final fixed price once all selections are confirmed.
CONTRACT 2
Open Book Cost-Plus
This is a standard time and materials agreement. I provide weekly invoices for my time, in-house labor, and materials. I apply a 10% markup to all subcontractor prices to cover management.
CONTRACT 3
Hybrid
We begin with a Time & Materials contract while obtaining competitive bids from trusted subcontractors. Once pricing is finalized, we transition to a fixed-price turnkey contract with our standard 20% project management fee, along with a payment schedule for the remainder of the project.

Include the project's time frame and scope, as well as its goals and outcome. Add details about why this project was created and what makes it significant. Explain how the business handled challenges and overcame obstacles to make this undertaking a success. Consider adding images or videos to showcase the project and engage viewers.
